Even with the late/very early hours you were there and so polite and friendly. With the weather delays and flight cancellation you were beyond accommodating and understanding. Excellent service!! Luke was very easy to talk to on the phone to place the reservation and a follow up call I made to confirm arrangements! The driver was not only prompt but was already at the curb to pick up my brother and family before the call was placed to notify the driver they were there! The flight was slightly delayed, and Regal tracked it to be sure to arrive at the appropriate time. I 100% recommend Regal limosines!! ~ jenni g
